Kino Flo Diva-Lite 401

The Kin o Flo Diva-Lite 401 is a soft light sources ideally suited for television or film documentary shooting styles. The units provide a broad soft and diffuse light.
As a cosmetic light source they are ideal for news presenters reporting from locations around the world. Their compact size and rugged lightweight nature make them well suited for travel.

The Diva-Lite puts out a broad soft wash of light. The drop off is like the light off of
a bounce card. For this reason it is most effective in close proximity to the subject.
By being close the light is softer and easily controlled with the built-in barndoors and detachable louvers.

This instrument is proving to be very popular for interviews. It is small enough to travel easily. It is light enough to rig onto lighting stands or onto grip arms. An interview can be done with as little as a single Diva-Lite 400 and a bounce card.

Diva-Lites operate on Kino Flo True Match 55 watt compact fluorescent lamps.
Daylight balanced (KF55) and tungsten balanced (choice of KF29 or KF32) lamps are available.

Light level control is established through an on board dimmer as well as by two and four lamp switching. An in-line power switch controls the power. Louvers provide control over the spread of the light.

Kino Flo Barfly 200 Kit (2 Unit)

Kino Flo packs a lot of soft light into its new blade-thin Barfly lights. The brighter, smaller, lighter Barfly's deliver more lumens per square inch than any other full-spectrum fluorescent source on the market. The new Barfly's are compact and controllable lighting sources that can squeeze in to tight spots for difficult shots on location or in the studio.

The first thing to note about the Kino Flo BarFly 200 systems is that they consist of three components:
BarFly Fixture w/ 12ft (3.6m) head extension (fig. 1), Mounting Plate (fig. 2) and Ballast (fig. 3). 
It was designed in this manner to allow the greatest flexibility when working on film production where the
gaffer and DP are constantly being challenged to light unique locations and problem solve at a moments notice.

The BarFly family is most at home on location and studio sets for television and feature film production,
but many in the electronic field production and ENG community have discovered it for a small, two point or
three point lighting kit to complement such popular location lighting instruments as the Kino Flo Diva-Lites. 

Kino Flo Micro-Flo Kit

The Kino Flo Micro-Flo System is a 12VDC portable softlight, the smallest Kino Flo available. It is most often seen in feature films and commercial productions lighting space helmets, hand-held beverages or perfume bottles, and other scenes difficult to light with conventional sources.

Colors include daylight and tungsten balanced lamps, as well as pink, green and blue designer hues. The Micro-Flo ballast is flicker-free, dead quiet and remote. It’s small enough to fit in the palm of your hand and can easily be hidden behind set props for practical lighting rigs.

Kobold DLF200 watt HMI

The Bron Kobold DLf 200 Reporter is the smallest and lightest 200 watt HMI on the market. This small 200 watt fixture works well as a key and is perfect as a fill or back light. The 200 Reporter has a spot to flood range of 16 to 43 degrees. DC ballast and battery operation.

Peasouper Dry Ice Smoke Machine

The Peasouper is the most popular dry ice smoke machine in the world for that classic low lying 'heavy fog' effect. The traditional dry ice smoke machine, the Peasouper is lightweight yet powerful. Manfrotta Magic Arms

The Manfrotto 244 Variable Friction Magic Arm is a fully articulated arm with 90° pivotable and 360° rotatable ends, and an elbow that rotates 360°. The knob allows partial loosening for safe and precise positioning of a light head or camera. It has 5/8" studs on ball joints at both ends with 3/8 and 1/4" female threads. Although it is supplied with a camera platform, it requires a Super Clamp or Base (available separately) for use.

Super Clamps

The Manfrotto 2915 Super Clamp is made of lightweight cast alloy. The Super Clamp is a very versatile tool and it holds just about anything: cameras, lights, umbrellas, hooks, shelves, plate glass, cross bars, even other Super Clamps. In turn, the Super Clamp can be securely mounted on any tube from .5" to 2.1" and is supplied with a unique wedge insert for clamping onto flat surfaces.
